Wire Binding

Unable to source trade wire binding locally, we recently invested in an array of wire binding equipment to supplement our other binding lines. This enables us to finish a number of wire bound projects in-house and also offer a wire binding service to the trade.

From wall calendars with integral hangers to journals and swatches, wire binding has a multitude of applications, enables books to lay completely flat and unlike plastic comb binding ensures your produce remains fully recyclable.

We hold a wide range of wire diameters in stock and can wire bind documents from a couple of millimetres to 31mm thick.

Minimum bind width 100mm

Maximum bind width 360mm

No minimum bind thickness (2 sheets can be bound!)

Maximum book thickness 31mm

Both 2:1 and 3:1 binding, including calendar hangers if required

Please note we are currently unable to bind long edge A3.
