The term ‘folders’ can be used to describe a number of different
items. Our usual "folders" are printed as brochures, creased
and folded with a pocket in the back and/or front panel. When sending information
to a potential client, containing the items within a smart folder really
enhances the presentation. The print on the folder carries basic details
about your company and contact details whereas the material placed inside
carries the specific information to answer the query.
This is a more versatile tool than a brochure and can be used for anything
from providing a prospective client with a well presented answer to improving
the presentation of an invoice.
We can exactly tailor-make your folder to any size or shape by creating
your own individual cutting forme, or, to save money, you may choose to
design your folder using one of our standing cutting formes. Templates
available on request.
Folders can be any size, but they are usually A4+ (ie big enough to accommodate
A4 pages) and the addition of a gusset (also called "capacity")
will enable the item to hold more documents.
Again, quantity is no longer an issue as we can offer very short run digital folders on the Xerox using pre-formed creazy™ products. See our digital folders/boxes section
Using a trusted supplier, we are also able to quote on a variety of plastic
printed ringbinders. We print the fronts, backs and spines ourselves and
this is then plastic coated or laminated onto a ring binder of your choice.
